At MVP, our students are TAKING AIM at their goals! This Monday, we began our Fall 21st Century Community Learning Centers After-School Clubs. Following their day of learning, K-8 students remain on campus for two hours of academic and enrichment programs, with clubs in Archery, Pokemon, Mountain Biking, Crochet, and more.

APS Supply My Class
Teachers often purchase classroom supplies themselves to provide students with the resources they need. To help ease this responsibility, the APS Supply My Class program awards 500 randomly-selected K – 12 teachers within our service territory with a $500 prepaid card funds to help ensure they have the resources they need to support their students’ success. Today in 3rd grade, one of our mathematicians took the lead during a math talk on 3-digit subtraction. Instead of jumping straight to the answer, they paused to ask their classmates what they thought first, encouraging multiple strategies and discussion before sharing their own thinking.
By leading the conversation, this student wasn’t just solving a problem—they were guiding learning, building confidence, and showing what it means to take ownership of their education.
